At Ashoka Jaggery Tea, every pack we deliver reflects our commitment to quality, hygiene, and authenticity. As our product falls under the category of consumable food items, we follow a strict no-return policy. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or accepted back under any circumstances. This ensures that every customer receives products that are safe, untouched, and handled with the highest hygiene standards.
That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of what we offer. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, or if you receive an incorrect item, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team may ask for supporting images or a short video of the product along with its packaging to understand the issue clearly. Once verified, we will take responsibility and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or another appropriate action.
As our tea is made using natural ingredients like jaggery, slight variations in taste, texture, or color may occur from batch to batch. These are natural characteristics of the product and not considered defects. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order to ensure it aligns with their expectations.
Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled. Additionally, any shipping charges applied at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
